The 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva is Forward, with lots of plum and fig fruit that gives way to a slightly jammy edge on the smoky finish. Drink now. 18,000 cases made. –JM
The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva is opaque purple-colored with a bouquet of black currant and cassis that comes off as slightly baked. On the palate it is a bit compact although it may evolve for 2-3 years and round out. Even so, that is a gamble.
