在波爾多五大酒莊中，Mouton Rothschild的酒質風格可說是最華麗奔放的，既有Pauillac典型的結實骨架，口感又豐厚圓熟，常帶有成熟漿果和明顯燒烤香味，因此吸引了全球愛酒人士的高度人氣。雖然Pauillac村是以生產全波爾多最堅實雄壯的紅酒著稱，但是Chateau Mouton Rothschild於1980年代自家葡萄園要重新種植新葡萄樹的時候，居然規劃種植了6公頃的白葡萄，品種是56% Sauvignon Blanc、43% Semillon和1% Muscadelle。
1991是第一個出產年份，命名為Aile
d’Argent(意為「銀翼」)。這款酒的名字來自已經過世的前前莊主菲利普男爵曾經為他的女兒Philippine創作一個童話故事，後來還出版成書，故事裡的主角是一個神奇的長翅膀的銀茶壺，它的名字就是Aile
d’Argent；後來Philippine接任莊主後，為了紀念她和她父親的父女情誼，而把這款酒以Aile d’Argent命名。Aile
d’Argent白酒每年產量只有1000多箱，不過售價並不很高，因此現在已經成為波爾多高級不甜白酒中非常有人氣的搶手品項。

One-third of the crop for this wine was lost to frost. A blend of 53% Sauvignon Blanc, 46% Sémillon and 1% Muscadelle, the 2017 Aile d'Argent has lovely white peaches, lemon curd and beeswax notes with hints of orange peel, grapefruit and a touch of sage. The palate is light to medium-bodied and bursting with exuberant stone fruit and citrus flavors, with a racy line and a long, peachy finish.
