Tasting note: (harvested on September 28th). A highly spiced nose that has largely transitioned from the primary to the strongly secondary, indeed there are implanted notes of sous-bois now that can also be found on the rich, sweet, full and delicious middle weight plus flavors that are delicious and the only nit here is that the finish is beginning to dry out. As such, I would be drinking this up over the next decade as the dryness will only become worse with time. In sum, pretty but not exceptional for the vintage.
