It appears that Croizet-Bages is finally making an attempt to turn things around, as evidenced by solid efforts in both the 1993 and 1995 vintages. A spicy wine, without the depth of the 1993, the 1994 Croizet-Bages possesses light body, aggressive tannin, and a large structure, but not the fruit and depth necessary to balance the wine's tannin. Anticipated maturity: 1999-2005.
