Tasting note: This is much more restrained and reticent aromatically with a subtly spiced red berry fruit nose that precedes solidly concentrated and powerful medium full-bodied and well focused flavors underpinned by moderately firm tannins and plenty of underlying tension on the presently austere finish. A seriously lovely wine.
