舉世聞名的阿瑪洛內系列酒款(Amarone)，來自經典瓦波里切拉經典產區(Valpolicella Classico Region)，高海拔地塊手工分次採摘，包含原生品種柯維納·維洛內塞 (Corvina Veronese)、柯維諾內(Corvinone)與隆第內拉(Rondinella)，佈滿於層層木架上的自然風乾葡萄，嚴選適合的年份與堅持傳統釀製，歷經悉心淬煉，圓潤厚實的酒體，體現了湯瑪士家族的精湛釀造工藝。
義大利特殊名酒款，也是讓TOMMASI家族聞名國際的經典酒款。Amarone是以風乾葡萄釀製而成，酒質豐厚飽滿，Tommasi家族以百年經驗 (1902)，堅持只有好年份才進行釀製。

The Tommasi 2012 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva Ca' Florian offers an interesting perspective tasted now just shy of the 10-year mark since the harvest. This special late-release blend of 75% Corvina, 20% Corvinone and 5% Rondinella (with only 9,000 bottles made) shows the sweetness of the hot vintage and the appassimento process on the one hand and the spiciness of bottle age on the other. The bouquet is rooted in tertiary aromas of dried plum, prune, campfire ember and powdered licorice. In other words, the wine is sweet and savory at the same time, and that is really something only Amarone can pull off. Ca' Florian draws its fruit from a five-hectare site planted in the traditional overhead pergola training system that helps to shade the fruit during ripening.
