成立於北義維諾娜(Verona)地區的湯瑪士家族酒莊，至今相傳百年，釀酒版圖包含維內拖(Veneto)、倫巴底(Lombardia)、托斯卡納(Tuscana)以及普利亞(Puglia)產區，家族世代致力於不同地塊土質與葡萄品種種植。
舉世聞名的阿瑪洛內系列酒款(Amarone)，來自經典瓦波里切拉經典產區(Valpolicella Classico Region)，高海拔地塊手工分次採摘，包含原生品種柯維納·維洛內塞 (Corvina Veronese)、柯維諾內(Corvinone)與隆第內拉(Rondinella)，佈滿於層層木架上的自然風乾葡萄，嚴選適合的年份與堅持傳統釀製，歷經悉心淬煉，圓潤厚實的酒體，體現了湯瑪士家族的精湛釀造工藝。
義大利特殊名酒款，也是讓TOMMASI家族聞名國際的經典酒款。Amarone是以風乾葡萄釀製而成，酒質豐厚飽滿，Tommasi家族以百年經驗 (1902)，堅持只有好年份才進行釀製。

The 2007 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva Ca’ Florian opens to an elegant and almost muted bouquet that needs extra time to express itself. Slowly, as the wine takes on more air in the glass it inevitably becomes increasingly articulate. Forest floor, underbrush, button mushroom, cedar, spice and dried berry fruit make for a compelling bouquet. The wine is sharp, etched and sweet in a less obvious way.
