成立於北義維諾娜(Verona)地區的湯瑪士家族酒莊，至今相傳百年，釀酒版圖包含維內拖(Veneto)、倫巴底(Lombardia)、托斯卡納(Tuscana)以及普利亞(Puglia)產區，家族世代致力於不同地塊土質與葡萄品種種植。
舉世聞名的阿瑪洛內系列酒款(Amarone)，來自經典瓦波里切拉經典產區(Valpolicella Classico Region)，高海拔地塊手工分次採摘，包含原生品種柯維納·維洛內塞 (Corvina Veronese)、柯維諾內(Corvinone)與隆第內拉(Rondinella)，佈滿於層層木架上的自然風乾葡萄，嚴選適合的年份與堅持傳統釀製，歷經悉心淬煉，圓潤厚實的酒體，體現了湯瑪士家族的精湛釀造工藝。
義大利特殊名酒款，也是讓TOMMASI家族聞名國際的經典酒款。Amarone是以風乾葡萄釀製而成，酒質豐厚飽滿，Tommasi家族以百年經驗 (1902)，堅持只有好年份才進行釀製。精選“Valpolicella”產區3種高海拔葡萄，經分次手工採收的全熟葡萄會置於通風木架上進行自然風乾，再於翌年2月釀造，裝瓶前皆須於斯洛伐尼亞大橡木桶中陳釀3年。不論是初學者或愛酒人士，皆會對這款酒的醇厚和飽滿感到驚艷。

The 2010 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is one of the nicest yet from this historic estate at the heart of Valpolicella. The Tommasi family has crafted a balanced expression with dark fruit, prune and loads of moist chewing tobacco. It is overtly sweet in the mouth and will appeal to those who enjoy the power and opulence of this unique Italian wine. It’s almost ready to drink now but could use a year or two to integrate.
