Chateau Monbousquet 是波爾多Saint-Emilion產區的頂級酒莊(Grand Cru Classé)。酒莊莊園和建築的歷史可以追溯到十六世紀，不過實際開始種植葡萄釀酒是十九世紀。二次大戰之後在Querre家族的經營之下，Chateau Monbousquet的品質和聲譽逐漸蒸蒸日上打出了知名度。1993年本酒莊易手到巴黎超市大亨Gérard Perse手上，他現在同時還擁有Chateau Pavie、Chateau Pavie-Decesse等多家著名酒莊；Perse先生不愧是厲害的生意人，他知道酒要賣得好的話，首要還是在品質，因此他大刀闊斧地整頓葡萄園、重建釀酒廠房設備，以及建造新的陳年酒窖，並請到大名鼎鼎的Michel Rolland來當旗下所有酒莊的釀酒顧問，讓本酒莊的水準提升到前所未有的境界。在2006年公布的Saint-Emilion頂級酒莊名單中，它亦榮登榜上。
本酒莊除了紅酒之外，從90年代末開始也生產評價相當好的白酒，產自面積1公頃的葡萄園，有66 % Sauvignon Blanc和34 % Sauvignon Gris，年產量平均約350箱左右，是數量非常稀少珍品！

This creative blend of two-thirds Sauvignon Blanc and one-third Sauvignon Gris is always one of the better dry whites of Bordeaux. Sadly, only about 400 cases are produced. Gerard Perse believes the 2013 Monbousquet is the finest he has ever made. Malolactic fermentation is blocked, resulting in a wine with lots of honeysuckle, exotic tropical fruits (mango and guava), superb texture, medium to full body, good acidity and terrific purity as well as palate presence. Consume it over the next 3-4 years.
