雖然Pauillac村是以生產全波爾多最堅實雄壯的紅酒著稱，但是Chateau Mouton Rothschild於1980年代自家葡萄園要重新種植新葡萄樹的時候，居然規劃種植了6公頃的白葡萄，品種是56% Sauvignon Blanc、43% Semillon和1% Muscadelle。
1991是第一個出產年份，命名為Aile d’Argent(意為「銀翼」)。這款酒的名字來自已經過世的老莊主菲利普男爵曾經為他的女兒菲莉嬪創作一個童話故事，後來還出版成書，故事裡的主角是一個神奇的茶壺，它的名字就是「銀翼Aile d’Argent」；後來菲莉嬪女士為了紀念她和她父親的父女情誼，而把這款酒以Aile d’Argent命名。Aile d’Argent白酒每年產量只有1000多箱，不過售價並不很高，因此現在已經成為波爾多高級不甜白酒中非常有人氣的品項。
2018年份沒有採蘋果乳酸發酵，也沒有添加 Muscadelle，這對 Aile d'Argent 來說都是不尋常的。 18年份的銀翼白由55% Sauvignon Blanc 以及45% Sémillon 混釀而成， 酒精度為 13%。此酒開瓶即散發出檸檬草、新鮮切碎的生薑和檸檬餡餅的香氣，帶葡萄柚、桃子果香混合了橙花、洋槐花蜜、蜂蠟等，相當宜人討喜；口感圓潤，酸味均衡，悠長的餘味帶有礦物質味。現在已經是適飲期，而且也可以陳年到2030年左右。

There was no malolactic fermentation and no Muscadelle this year—both unusual for Aile d’Argent. Composed of 55% Sauvignon Blanc and 45% Sémillon (harvested August 30 to September 5), the 2018 Aile d'Argent has 13% alcohol and is a little reticent to begin, offering fragrant notions of lemongrass, freshly chopped ginger and lemon tart with a core of fresh pineapples, white peaches and aniseed. The palate is rich, sultry and exotic with loads of spices and tropical fruit and an electric backbone of acid, finishing very long.
