Domaine d'Auvenay 酒莊是由在布根地葡萄酒界有著“鐵娘子”之稱的Lalou Bize-Leroy夫人管理並全權擁有的第二家酒莊。
完整表達自己對於種植、釀造的想法。施行生物動力法，葡萄園完全不修剪葡萄藤，園內荖藤枝葉蔓生。葡萄經過多次挑選後，不去梗便放入木槽中以蘋果酸發酵，發酵後全數放入橡木桶中熟成14-18個月，期間僅做一次換桶，之後不經過濾直接裝瓶，完美展現每瓶佳釀的風土特色。

The 2009 Bonnes-Mares comes across as rather understated at this stage. The 2009 is a sleek, pliant Bonnes-Mares that isn’t ready to show all of its cards just yet. Today the 2009 is surprisingly approachable, but my impression is that it will flesh out considerably with time in the cellar. A recent bottle of the 2002 was still quite primary, so when that might happen is anyone’s guess, but my sense is that patience will be rewarded. Anticipated maturity: 2019-2039.
