The eucalyptus-laced 2017 Wanderlust Cabernet Sauvignon adds plenty of bay leaf, sage and cassis to balance things out, plus hints of vanilla and cedar. It's medium-bodied and streamlined, with rich, velvety tannins and a long, mouthwatering finish. It's a departure from the Shiraz-heavy lineup, but an enjoyable diversion.
