A rustic version, with a direct beam of black currant, warmed fig and black cherry fruit allied to roasted chestnut, bay and leather notes. Slightly chewy on the tobacco-laden finish, but the fruit pumps through. Best from 2017 through 2020. 6,000 cases made.
