Tasting note: A ripe and reasonably fresh nose speaks mainly of various red berry fruit aromas that are generously laced with earth nuances. There is excellent richness for a wine of this level to the medium weight flavors that exhibit only a touch of rusticity on the lingering if ever-so-mildly warm finish. This is a richer and riper style of Bourgogne that offers fine quality for what it is.
