創立於1872年，Ponsot優美的莊園建於Morey-St.-Denis北面的平緩斜坡上。儲存橡木桶的地窖中有一面具有500年歷史的原始石牆，象徵著酒莊光榮的傳統，也見證了布根地的精彩歷史。擁有約11.1公頃的葡萄園，包括12個Grand Cru特級園，約3.4公頃地塊種植平均樹齡63年的老藤。其佳釀有著均衡飽滿的口感與悠長細膩的尾韻，展現出高貴優雅，多層次迷人的酒體。
Ponsot酒莊堅持傳統釀酒，不使用農藥和化學肥料，不澄清、不過濾，盡量避免二氧化硫，使用舊橡木桶，將人為干預減至最低。卻又擁抱高科技，採用外層為人工心臟瓣膜聚合物料的酒塞以避免軟木塞汙染，以及防偽氣泡標籤來杜絕假酒問題。Ponsot酒莊的酒款能觸動人心，與之產生共鳴，每次品嘗皆是一段美妙旅程。

A brooding and reticent nose only grudgingly reveals aromas of plum, dark currant, game, earth and underbrush hints. There is excellent volume and intensity to the muscular and broad-shouldered flavors that possess fine mid-palate concentration, all wrapped in a powerful, focused, mineral-inflected and moderately austere finish. This is quite firmly structured and like most examples of young Corton this will need 12 to 15 years to be at its best.
