Tasting note: Here too there is a discreet application of wood setting off the elegant, cool and airy aromas of purple fruit, plum, spice and exotic tea-scented nose. The super-sleek and beautifully well-delineated medium weight flavors are like rolling pebbles around in the mouth, all wrapped in a hugely long finish that also displays just a whisper of warmth. Interestingly, this isn't quite as concentrated as the Ech but there is more minerality and a bit more supporting acidity as well.
