Bouchard旗下擁有為數眾多的特級園和一級園。Henriot買下本公司之後，實行了許多重要的改革。他要求比過往更高的釀酒標準，並購置新的設備讓生產過程更有效率。在他和釀酒師努力的經營之下，讓Bouchard Pere & Fils有了比以往更高水準的品質。

Tasting note: Here the generous wood treatment presently fights somewhat with the menthol, cassis, spice and essence of black cherry liqueur-suffused nose. There is a beguiling texture to the vibrant, detailed and intensely mineral-driven medium weight flavors that coat the palate with dry extract while delivering marvelous persistence on the very firmly structured finish. This is very definitely built-to-age and it's going to need it. I would add that this is unlikely to make an especially good candidate for early consumption so patience absolutely required.
