Bouchard Pere & Fils創立於1731年，是布根地最老字號的酒商，也是布根地實力最堅強的酒商四天王之一。1995年來自香檳區的Henriot家族買下這家酒商公司，加上後續買下Merusault的Ropiteau-Mignon酒莊、Chablis的William Fevre酒莊，為這家200多年的老字號注入新生能量，成為充滿活力且最具影響力的大酒商。
Bouchard家的白酒有相當高的知名度，除了幾處頂級園之外，他們自有的幾處Merusault一級園也非常出色，其中位於Meursault村西南的Genevrières是水準最高的一級園之一。本園常有均衡的表現，豐盈而濃郁，兼有力道和細緻的風味，同時也很耐久存。2016 Bouchard Meursault 1er Cru Genevrières非常出色，在酒杯中散發著柑橘、爽脆的西洋梨、蜂蠟、濕石頭和乾燥白花的香氣；在口感上，酒體中等至濃郁，帶有絲綢般柔滑感，酸度良好，香味集中的蘋果、檸檬、礦石等味道。它現在已經可以飲用，也可以陳年以發展出更好的表現；建議適飲期是現在到2036年左右。Wine Advocate給予 93分的好評，相當值得一試！

Tasting note: Hints of matchstick and exotic tea add breadth to the ripe, pure and pretty floral and poached pear-scented nose. The elegant middle weight flavors possess a lilting mouthfeel before concluding in a lightly stony, sleek, focused and persistent finish. This is particularly fine in the context of the vintage and it would be fair to describe this as classy.
