全球身價最高，名氣也最響亮的酒廠Domaine de la Romanee Conti (DRC) 酒莊莊主Aubert de Villaine和夫人 Pamela 共同在Côte Chalonnaise另外成立了 Domaine A. et P. de Villaine，以此地著名的葡萄品種Aligoté 釀造一系列優質的白酒。DRC所出產的佳釀，款款精彩非凡，絕對都是葡萄酒迷競相追逐的夢幻逸品，相較起天價般難以入手的DRC，在相同的一套釀酒哲理下，Domaine A.et P. Villaine不僅有著出色的酒質且更佛心的價格。這裡的 Aligoté 都只生長在斜坡上，是獨一無二的，它也是Burgubdy唯一個專門在山坡上種植這個品種的村莊，營養不足且富含石灰岩的土壤精確地控制著產量，而溫暖的微氣候則促進葡萄成熟。
另外Pierre de Benoist是莊主的姪子也是目前的酒莊總管，他在2010榮獲 Decanter “Man of the Year” Award 年度風雲人物。
這款酒可說是承襲了DRC的精神及釀酒藝術，卻沒有DRC高不可攀的價格，是收藏布根地酒款的超值首選。

Tasting note: Moderate wood does not overshadow the aromas of pear, spice and acacia blossom. The rich and relatively full-bodied flavors possess good if not excellent verve on the very rich and seductively textured lemon rind-inflected finale. This could use a bit more depth so I would suggest holding it for 2 to 4 years first.
