Tasting note: (opened from personal storage). Completely golden color. This is now arguably post-mature with subtle honey, very ripe peach and white flower notes plus medium weight, nicely rich flavors of good if not truly special complexity and just enough acid backbone to hold the focus. A delicious older white that has held up remarkably well. That said, while this is certainly capable of holding, it risks becoming flabby with much more age and I would suggest drinking it up over the next 5 years. Note that another bottle tasted in February 2017 was a recent release and seemed notably fresher if not necessarily more complex.
