Tasting note: Cooler notes of green apples add breadth to the airy aromas of citrus peel, pear and rose petal. I very much like the sense of vibrancy and tension on the attractively textured and solidly concentrated flavors that possess a chalky mouth feel while offering a refreshing and highly persistent saline-inflected finish.
