Tasting note: This is arguably the most elegant wine among the Ente 1ers with its cool, pure and airy nose of lemon peel, lavender, apple, floral and soft spice nuances. There is lovely concentration to the seductive but precise medium-bodied flavors that flash plenty of minerality on the saline and strikingly persistent finish that flashes a touch of bitter lemon-lime character. This too should reward up to decade of cellaring.
