In magnum, the new release of the NV Brut Réserve (2017 base) received a gram less dosage than its 2018 counterpart in 750-milliliter bottles, as well as undergoing tirage on natural cork. Offering up aromas of pear, dried fruits, fresh bread, nutmeg and white flowers, it's medium to full-bodied, pillowy and precise, with tangy acids and a chalky finish.
