Tasting note: A hint of crushed leaf character is present on the cool, airy and nicely layered aromas of mostly red raspberry and rose petal. The tautly muscular and beautifully defined medium weight flavors conclude in a decidedly austere and linear if sneaky long finale. This is certainly pretty but I suspect the marked austerity will be too prominent for some palates, especially when young.
