Tasting note: Noticeably ripe and vaguely exotic aromas are comprised by notes of passion fruit, honey, rosemary oil and a phenolic hint. There is both good volume and concentration to the delicious, plump and round medium weight flavors that possess very good if not truly special depth on the sappy and noticeably warm finale. This is certainly attractive in its fashion, but the balance isn't as well dialed in as it could be. Note that this should drink well unusually early for the Ramonet style.
