位於法國布根地Morey-St.-Denis村的亞洛父子酒莊(Domaine Arlaud Père & Fils)是越來越受矚目的一家酒莊。如同名稱標示的，這是由Hervé Arlaud和他的三個孩子(兩男一女)親子一起經營的家族酒莊：1942年一位Joseph Arlaud先生創立了本酒莊，再傳給他的兒子Hervé；Hervé是個帶有工匠精神的著名釀酒師，他的子女Cyprien、Romain和Bertille從小就跟在父親的身邊耳濡目染，領受到父親的功夫真傳，同時Cyprien也到國外去唸書，並且在一些酒莊工作過，然後回家擔負起家族事業的重任。
目前他們擁有15公頃的葡萄園，生產20種—從基本款的Bourgogne到Clos de la Roche、Clos Saint Denis、Charmes Chambertin和Bonnes Mares等頂級葡萄園的產品。雖然本酒莊擁有現代化的酒窖設備，但是這家人仍然事必躬親地投注了大量的心力在各方面，在葡萄園中則採取有機式的種植管理，甚至還是用馬在耕田。再者，他們家的產品不經過濾和澄清處理以保有原味。他們辛勤工作的成果表現在產品上，就是極高的品質、極為純淨而且自然，同時也非常圓潤細膩—甚至有些性感，因此有人將他們的酒譽為「液體享樂主義」！

Producer note: Cyprien Arlaud, who directs this domaine which owns 15 ha and farms another 3 ha for their négociant wines (not reviewed this year) enthusiastically described 2019 as an "excellent vintage and one of the best that I have ever made.
Tasting note: Firm reduction dominates the nose today. By contrast, there is very good freshness to the bigger, richer and more powerful medium weight flavors that possess very good mid-palate density, indeed this is almost opulent, yet the natural muscle of a fine Millandes is on display, particularly on the compact, serious and youthfully austere finale.
