Tasting note: This is more restrained still, indeed only aggressive swirling coaxes the otherwise fresh and ripe extract of red berry fruit and spice elements to reveal themselves. This is also strikingly silky with sophisticated and refined tannins supporting the medium weight flavors that exude a fine minerality on the linear, precise and beautifully persistent finish. This is a first-rate villages and worth considering, plus it's very Vosne in character.
