Domaine d'Auvenay 酒莊是由在布根地葡萄酒界有著“鐵娘子”之稱的Lalou Bize-Leroy夫人管理並全權擁有的第二家酒莊。
完整表達自己對於種植、釀造的想法。施行生物動力法，葡萄園完全不修剪葡萄藤，園內荖藤枝葉蔓生。葡萄經過多次挑選後，不去梗便放入木槽中以蘋果酸發酵，發酵後全數放入橡木桶中熟成14-18個月，期間僅做一次換桶，之後不經過濾直接裝瓶，完美展現每瓶佳釀的風土特色。

Tasting note: Explosive and dramatically fragrant aromas of simply killer complexity reveal hints of peach, pear, a touch of earth and a trace of wood spice, leading to huge, indeed even massively-scaled, extremely ripe flavors that stain and completely coats the palate with wave after wave of sappy extract. Exceptionally powerful and very masculine, this is an opulent, take-no-prisoners style of wine that manages to remain exceptionally well focused and precise and delivers the weight and power with grace and the beautifully balanced finish lasts for minutes. Criots is often considered the poor relation of the satellite grands crus orbiting Montrachet but this proves otherwise. Positively captivating.
