The 1990 Puligny-Montrachet-Les Folatieres is made in an elegant, ripe, stylish manner, with excellent fruit and definition and a long finish. It gets my nod as the most concentrated of the 1990 Leroy white burgundies, save for the 1990 Corton-Charlemagne.
Although none of Leroy's 1990s are as concentrated as the 1991s, they are still fine wines.
