Albert Bichot 是布根地老字號的酒商，旗下擁有包含 Clos Frantin , Long Depaquit 等四個 Domaine 品牌。Albert Bichot擁有一百公頃的葡萄園，分布於四個優質莊園，依照區域，各自擁有獨立的酒莊經理及釀酒師，因此釀造出呈現當地酒村與其葡萄園風土的佳釀。其酒莊成功秘訣在於尊重風土和自然，永續的觀念完美呈現了人類、自然跟傳統的和諧，小心謹慎跟注重細節的精神貫穿整個品牌的所有產品。
每年，酒莊的酒都為愛好者提供精緻優雅和醇厚的葡萄酒，2017年更於International Wine Challenge 競賽中奪得Red Winemaker of the year的殊榮。

Tasting note: A mentholated top note is present on the spicier nose of red and black pinot fruit that is trimmed in discreet floral wisps. The supple, round and delicious medium weight flavors possess very good volume and punch before terminating in a dusty and chewy but not really rustic finale. This robust effort is definitely going to require at least some forbearance.
