Albert Bichot是創立於1831年的著名布根地酒商公司，不過Bichot家族的悠久歷史事實上可以追溯到1214年！Bichot這個字源自法文的母鹿，本公司的母鹿商標其實就是其家族的徽章。Albert Bichot公司傳承至今是由第六代的Albéric Bichot掌管，在他的手上不僅將事業做得更大，並且更努力追求提升品質，因此現在本公司旗下擁有6家酒莊，專注於將這些酒莊所在地區的風土特色表現出來，在近20年來有非常卓越的表現。例如Chablis的菁英酒莊Domaine Long-Depaquit、Nuits-Saint-Georges的Domaine du Clos Frantin、Pommard的Domaine du Pavillon等。
Albert Bichot擁有一百公頃的葡萄園，分布於六個優質莊園，依照區域，各自擁有獨立的酒莊經理及釀酒師，因此釀造出呈現當地酒村與其葡萄園風土的佳釀 。

Tasting note: The softly wooded nose is quite floral with its earthy and gamy array of various dark berries and newly turned earth and humus. The textured and supple flavors possess good volume even though they are not especially concentrated though there is solid muscularity on the dusty and youthfully austere finish where a touch of acid tang appears.
