蟬鳴酒莊(Domaine Chante Cigale)是法國教皇新城堡(Châteauneuf-du-Pape)產區的老字號家族酒莊，現在是由Christian Favier和Alexandre Favier父子一起經營。他們家族和教皇新城堡葡萄酒有極深的淵源，早在十九世紀就在這裡從事釀酒事業代代相傳至今；而Christian Favier的太太則是另一家著名酒莊Sabon的女兒，Favier和Sabon家族都是釀製教皇新城堡葡萄酒的名家。
在經歷了幾代胼手胝足的努力之後，Chante Cigale目前擁有46公頃Châteauneuf-du-Pape的葡萄園，同時還有3公頃的Cotes du Rhone葡萄園。在這個產區來說，這樣的規模應該已經可以排到前十名。本酒莊的產品在近年來的風評價都相當優良；年齡才20幾歲的Alexandre Favier從2006年份起擔任釀酒師的職務，讓人更為期待這個酒莊未來的發展。
這款紅酒是來自面積32公頃的葡萄園，種植比例60% Grenache、20% Syrah、10% Mourvedre 和 10% Cincault，平均樹齡50年。人工採收葡萄，並經兩道篩選程序；使用傳統式的發酵法，然後熟成階段是在50%混凝土槽、30%大型木槽和20%新橡木桶，經歷12到18個月。
2019年份表現出非常明顯濃郁的香料味。其色澤呈現深紅寶石色澤，微帶紫色。帶有典型的普羅旺斯香料、灌木叢、現磨胡椒、薰衣草和乾燥土壤的氣味。酒體頗為飽滿，帶有成熟漿果香和甘草、煙草的香味，口感圓潤柔和，單寧紮實而細緻；建議適飲期是現在到2029年左右。

Chante Cigale's 2019 Chateauneuf du Pape features low-intensity scents of strawberry compote on the nose, yet it's full-bodied and tannic on the palate. A mainly tank-aged blend of 65% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre and 5% Cinsault, it comes across as neither here nor there, a wine that wants to be muscular and tannic but lacks the underlying material, or a wine that wants to be elegant but lacks the requisite charm and prettiness.
