1831年Bernard Bichot創立公司，其家族開始涉足葡萄酒業務，以一頭鹿和三棵橡樹作為徽章標誌，直至今日鹿仍然代表著家族象徵，發展至今由第六代Alberic Bichot接手茁壯整個家族酒業的發展。
Albert Bichot擁有一百公頃的葡萄園，分布於四個優質莊園，依照區域，各自擁有獨立的酒莊經理及釀酒師，因此釀造出呈現當地酒村與其葡萄園風土的佳釀 。
其酒莊成功秘訣在於尊重風土和自然，永續的觀念完美呈現了人類、自然跟傳統的和諧，小心謹慎跟注重細節的精神貫穿整個品牌的所有產品。
每年，酒莊的酒都為愛好者提供精緻優雅和醇厚的葡萄酒，2017年更於 International Wine Challenge 競賽中奪得Red Winemaker of the year的殊榮。

Tasting note: A broad-ranging nose features notes of green tea, rose petal, earth, humus and a broad array of red berry scents that exhibit touches of menthol and oak. There is excellent volume and concentration to the powerful and intense big-bodied flavors that are quite firm if not downright hard on the moderately rustic and hugely long finish. This old school effort is impressive but at the same time it is most definitely not a good candidate for early consumption.
