Domaine Faiveley 菲富萊酒廠

創立於 1825 年的 Faiveley 是布根地 Nuits St
Georges 的代表性酒商 Negocient，但更像是一家大型的獨立酒莊。Faiveley 本業是生產法國高鐵 TGV 車門的大型企業，這樣的酒廠在布根地幾乎是獨一無二，以大企業的嚴謹管理，幾乎是不計成本來經營。Faiveley 擁有 120 公頃的葡萄園，主要集中在夜丘，自有地的比例高達 80%，相較於伯恩丘幾家著名的大型酒商，其自有地僅約十分之一。目前由第七代 Erwan Faiveley 經營，2004 年禮聘原 Bouchard Pere & Fils 釀酒總管 Bernard Hervet 加入，改變原來需要時間柔化的嚴肅印象，創造出不同以往的Faiveley全新風格，年輕時展現出細膩誘人姿態，亦可陳年很久。
自2005年開始，Faiveley的表現陸續獲得各大酒評家的高分評比肯定，2009 年份的 Corton Clos des Cortons 更獲得 Tanzer 96-99分，為所有 2009 布根地紅酒最高評分。

Tasting note: Notes of ripe plum, mocha, dark pinot fruit, earth, spice, a bit of wood and wet leather make for a potent and highly expressive nose that complements the massive, incredibly powerful and long flavors that have simply unbelievable intensity and that lovely natural sweetness of the finest burgundies. The flavors just explode in the mouth, displaying wonderful inner mouth perfume and dazzling texture and this literally lingers for minutes. This will one day be a monument and it will need years before it's completely ready so be prepared to have plenty of patience.
