鐵娘子的柔情~Pomerol六大酒莊 優雅精緻的La Conseillante
波爾多右岸的Pomerol產區酒莊規模都不大，卻菁英輩出，La Conseillante被公認為Pomerol六大酒莊之一。“La Conseillante”這個名字可以追溯到300年前，由原本從事金屬買賣而有「鐵娘子」之稱的Catherine Conseillan女士購買了莊園，並打響名號。後由Nicolas家族收購，設計了La Conseillante的酒標，中心”LN”的字樣象徵著尼古拉在莊園漫長歷史的印記，而紫羅蘭色的封籤設計，代表著莊園紅酒明顯的紫羅蘭特色酒香，獨特顯眼的設計被一直沿用至今。有“葡萄酒皇帝”之稱的Robert Parker分享了他心目中的“The Magical 20”（傑出20），這20個酒莊已達到一級莊的水準，但價格仍然親民，絕對值得入手。而La Conseillante便名列其中。

The 1978 is not terribly different from the 1979, and suffers from the same ills--lack of depth, grip, and body. Medium ruby with some amber at the edge, this medium-bodied wine tastes soft, ripe, a trifle diffuse and unstructured, and short and bland in the finish. Drink up!
