酒莊原名Domaine Servelle-Tachot，是由老莊主Jean Servelle、女兒Elisabeth Servelle，與來自莫瑞聖丹尼（Morey-Saint-Denis）名莊Pierre Amiot的女婿Christian Amoit，共同經營。後Jean去世，Christian接過了火炬，Amiot-Servelle酒莊由此誕生，並成功的蛻變向國際打響名號。2003年，由於葡萄園幾十年來基本上都是以有機方式耕作，Christian決定更進一步採用100%的有機耕作，從2008年開始，他所有的葡萄酒都獲得了有機認證，至今，Amiot-Servelle仍然是Chambolle村唯一獲得有機認證的酒莊。

An intensely spicy, elegant and quite pure nose speaks of black cherry and plum before merging seamlessly into round, rich and beautifully detailed medium-bodied flavors that possess outstanding length. This ultra-refined and mineral-suffused effort is both classy and very stylish though note that it will need extended cellaring. Lovely juice.
