每年，酒莊的酒都為愛好者提供精緻優雅和醇厚的葡萄酒，2017年更於International Wine Challenge 競賽中奪得Red Winemaker of the year的殊榮。
Tasting note: The gentle wood notes this displayed in its youth have now been completely absorbed and the nose has turned ever-so-slightly toward the secondary while still exhibiting plenty of classic Chablis character. The middle weight and well detailed flavors retain their gorgeously intense yet silky mouth feel while retaining the excellent finishing power on the hugely long and complex backend. While this will certainly continue to positively evolve, most of the upside has been realized and I see little point in delaying the enjoyment that this wine is now capable of providing much longer.
