稻草人酒莊(Scarecrow Winery)位於美國加州納帕山谷（Napa Valley），原本屬於著名的科恩酒莊（J.J. Cohn Estate）的一部分，曾提供葡萄給Opus One、Robert Mondavi等名莊。現任莊主Breton Lopez繼承了部分葡萄園並決定推出自己的品牌，因爺爺Joseph Judson Cohn曾擔任《綠野仙蹤》的製片人，便以裡面的角色“稻草人”為酒莊命名，除了向爺爺致敬，“稻草人”永不放棄，永遠樂觀的特質，更是美國農業的精神標誌。並邀請被譽為加州「紅酒女神」的Celia Welch擔任釀酒師，於2003年推出了第一個年份，便獲得Robert Parker 98 分高評，並稱讚其為Napa的拉菲堡，其後更是獲得好幾個滿分，價格也水漲船高，位列美國最貴的膜拜酒之一。
Artemis阿爾特密斯是希臘神話中的月神和狩獵女神，是延伸自酒莊品牌「鹿躍」的聯想。ARTEMIS Cabernet Sauvignon是屬於本酒莊的Napa
Valley Collection系列的產品，本系列是由本酒莊精選來自那帕谷地的多處精華葡萄園的原料釀造，本酒莊相當有自信地表示，這款酒展示了酒莊在原料的挑選和調配的功力，以及Napa Valley的Cabernet
Sauvignon紅酒的代表性特色。
WA: 88 Drink: 2023 - 2028
The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon Artemis includes fruit from Atlas Peak (53%), Coombsville (11%), St. Helena (9%) and Wooden Valley (4%), along with grapes from the winery's S.L.V. and FAY blocks. Black cherry preserves and graham crackers appear on the nose, while the palate is medium to full-bodied, rounded, ripe and nicely textured. No, it's not that rich or intense, but it's a useful wine that just picks up a slightly rugged, tannic edge on the finish. I'd still suggest drinking it young, just pair it with some rare beef or lamb to help tame the tannins.
