Domaine de l’Ecu(艾居酒莊)位於法國羅亞爾河Muscadet產區，靠近法國大西洋，距離羅亞爾河出海口不遠，地勢較低氣候潮濕多雨，酒風常帶著海水礦石的獨特風味。
老莊主Guy Bossard是釀酒第三代，孩並長期堅持有機栽種。酒莊1975年獲得BIO認證，1998年酒莊內共22公頃的土地皆獲得自然動力法認證（Demeter），尊重風土條件，至今已經實行有機農法40年和自然動力法20年，是羅亞爾河自然酒的先驅酒莊之一。簡單且踏實的作品，更讓Guy贏得「Muscadet教父」的美名。
現任釀酒師Fred Niger，Fred先是引用源自美索不達米亞地區、被聯合國科技文組織列入「世界文化遺產」的人類工藝──陶甕釀造法：讓葡萄在陶甕內發酵，不換桶培養直到裝瓶，酒不受到木頭氣味影響，更趨近自然。每款陶甕酒依照品種分開釀造，每款酒的個性各自精采，優秀的品質馬上引起熱烈回響。
成功釀出各系列反映風土的經典酒款後，Fred更大膽創造「Fred與他的朋友們」系列酒款。
這個計畫最後成就的每一款酒，種植、採收、酒精發酵皆在朋友酒莊內完成，Fred僅將酒帶回酒莊且用陶甕做最後培養，每一款酒都非常少量，僅約1200-3000瓶。2017年共有11個酒莊參與，最遠還到達了義大利！

The 2014 yet officially NV Vin de France Invictus Cuvée MMXIV offers a clear, ripe and concentrated yet fresh and delicate, Pinot-like bouquet of red fruits and lovely herbal as well as floral aromas. Absolutely fascinating. Fermented and aged on the skins for eight months in amphorae, then pressed and bottled in June 2015, this is a medium-bodied, very pure, fresh and delicate yet concentrated and fleshy Cabernet at 12% alcohol. It's pure and fine as well as intense and tensioned at the same time, silky textured and natural in the very best sense. Fleshy and perfectly ripe, with floral flavors on the aftertaste. A great Vin de France from the Loire, of which 1,157 bottles have been produced. All unfined and unfiltered as well as unsulfured.
