Tasting note: A cool, pure and citrus-tinged nose speaks of oyster shell, iodine and discreet green apple nuances where there is a background hint of the exotic. There is a fine sense of energy to the crisp, minerally and racy flavors that deliver solid length on the very dry and citrusy but not really austere finish that already displays good complexity. This is a very good 2018.
