Rene Bouvier 波菲爾酒莊葡萄園內主要種植著Pinot Noir、Chardonnay和Aligote。這些葡萄樹的平均樹齡在 50年左右，一些在Charmes-Chambertin 地塊的葡萄樹的樹齡甚至超過了 80年。除了細心栽培葡萄的同時還主張儘量減少人工干預，以保證能夠生產出天然純淨的葡萄，莊主展現對當地獨特的風土特色，為了追求最高品質，以選擇減芽和手工採摘及維持固定產量，每棵樹只留下8串葡萄、保持最原始風味以及對高品質的堅持。

Tasting note: A spicy, fresh and airy nose displays notes of lemon rind, apple and a whiff of spice. There is a lovely sense of energy to the solidly concentrated flavors that conclude in a saline, dry and lingering finish. This should drink well upon release.
