Tasting note: A distinctly earthy and sauvage-inflected of both red and dark pinot fruit exhibits a floral top note. The delicious and surprisingly refined flavors exude a lovely minerality that imparts a sense of lift to the more complex and better-balanced finale though there is a hint of warmth. Even so, this is a quality Gevrey villages and worth a look.
