Tasting note: Very ripe if still reasonably fresh aromas feature a menthol top note on the sauvage-suffused aromas of cassis, plum and earth. There is very good intensity to the larger-scaled flavors that aren't as concentrated as they normally are but they still flash good powerful on the very firm, rustic and serious finish that also exhibits a subtle touch of warmth. Note that this is very definitely structured and will require extended patience.
