位於法國布根地Morey-St.-Denis村的亞洛父子酒莊(Domaine Arlaud Père & Fils)是越來越受矚目的一家酒莊。如同名稱標示的，這是由Hervé Arlaud和他的三個孩子(兩男一女)親子一起經營的家族酒莊：1942年一位Joseph Arlaud先生創立了本酒莊，再傳給他的兒子Hervé；Hervé是個帶有工匠精神的著名釀酒師，他的子女Cyprien、Romain和Bertille從小就跟在父親的身邊耳濡目染，領受到父親的功夫真傳，同時Cyprien也到國外去唸書，並且在一些酒莊工作過，然後回家擔負起家族事業的重任。
目前他們擁有15公頃的葡萄園，生產20種—從基本款的Bourgogne到Clos de la Roche、Clos Saint Denis、Charmes Chambertin和Bonnes Mares等頂級葡萄園的產品。雖然本酒莊擁有現代化的酒窖設備，但是這家人仍然事必躬親地投注了大量的心力在各方面，在葡萄園中則採取有機式的種植管理，甚至還是用馬在耕田。再者，他們家的產品不經過濾和澄清處理以保有原味。他們辛勤工作的成果表現在產品上，就是極高的品質、極為純淨而且自然，同時也非常圓潤細膩—甚至有些性感，因此有人將他們的酒譽為「液體享樂主義」！

Tasting note: Once again there is a lovely sense of freshness and tension suffusing the ripe aromas of plum, violet and dark raspberry that continues onto the rich, caressing and mouth coating flavors that possess unusually good power in the context of what is typical for Ruchots on the long, raspy and firm finale. This too is a wine to buy and forget but it has the potential to be splendid in time.
