La Chablisiènne 稀有的特級園「青蛙」！

炎炎夏日正是飲用清涼白酒的時候，也是野外青蛙活躍的季節，所以我們來介紹大家一款有趣又美味的「青蛙」白酒。
La Chablisiènne是由許多Chablis的酒農在1923年合組的合作社酒廠，也是Chablis最大的酒廠，其產量佔了整個產區的1/4到1/3！因為其產品水準很高，所以也是法國最受推崇的釀酒合作社之一。
在La Chablisiènne的葡萄園中，頂級園「青蛙園」Grenouilles是本廠的招牌旗艦酒。青蛙園是Chablis頂級園7個地塊裡面積最小的，僅有9.3公頃，因此也最少見。而La Chablisiènne擁有7.2公頃的青蛙園，而且用本園的葡萄釀製一款特別的 “Château Grenouilles”「青蛙城堡」白酒；這款特別的白酒是精選園中最老的果樹(平均樹齡40年以上)的果實釀製，熟成培養時間長達20個月，部分在不銹鋼槽、部分在橡木桶熟成。其特色是果香豐富，酒質高雅柔和，在口感呈現純淨的芳香，是產量很少的珍釀。

Sweet spot
Tasting note: Moderate wood influence is present on the ripe and very fresh aromas of green fruit, shellfish and seaweed. The succulent and very generous, even lavish, flavors possess an abundance of sappy dry extract that buffers the firm but not hard acid spine maintaining the balance on the equally long finish. This is less mineral driven than the Les Clos but there is presently a bit more depth which should only increase with time in bottle.
