Massolino 酒莊:
坐落在⽪蒙 Piemonte的⼩鎮Serralunga d'Alba，由創辦⼈ Giovanni Massolino 成⽴的家族酒莊Massolino。
Massolino 陳年潛⼒佳、 ⾹氣十足的巴羅洛Barolo，早已在愛酒人士口中傳開。
這個品質絕佳的家族酒莊，現今已傳到第三代。
除了歷年來接續購⼊該產地著名的葡萄園，更在1990年代時期由兩位同為家族成員的釀酒專家Franco與Roberto⼀肩擔起釀酒⼤任，不僅⼤幅提升Massolino的酒款品質，也為酒莊注⼊創新的活⼒。
坐落於⽪蒙的朗格Langhe產區的Serralunga d’Alba是座名副其實的酒村，也是⽣產義⼤利「王者之酒，酒中之王」巴羅洛Barolo最重要的村莊之⼀。
其⼟壤組成的砂⽯⽐例較⾼，極為貧瘠，因此⽣產的酒多半較為濃郁，⽽Massolino精⼼釀製的酒款，就來⾃於這裡海拔414公尺⾼的葡萄園。
葡萄藤的平均年齡約10-35歲，採收後的巴⾙拉在經過約10-12天的發酵期後，接著進行乳酸發酵，與短時間的不鏽鋼桶陳，接著瓶陳約半年後於隔年春天釋出。
Massolino 是巴羅洛產區（Barolo）最具代表性的酒莊之一，至今已有百年歷史，被Robert Parker 點名為「Piedmont 最頂尖酒莊」。
2020 年發表的Wine Spectator 百大酒款榜單中，此款巴洛羅紅酒更是名列第七名。

The Massolino 2017 Barolo Parafada draws its fruit from Serralunga d'Alba (where this winery is located) and is often the most muscular and brawny wine in this portfolio. That is not necessarily true in the 2017 vintage that sees extra richness and concentration across the board. Morello cherry and dried blackberry are followed by tarry spice, sweet hazelnut paste and a rusty mineral note of iron ore. For sure, this vintage draws out the sweeter and softer side of Parafada.
