Domaine Clos de la Chapelle:
Domaine Clos de la Chapelle於1865年由Victor Boillot 創立，起源於風土良好的 Volnay獨占園 Clos de la Chapelle，擴展到 及 Pommard 老藤地塊。
位於此地的 Clos de la Chapelle 教堂1540年在 Notre Dame de Pitié 贊助下建造，1840年深受霍亂之苦的居民與葡萄種植者在教堂的庇護下祈禱獲得慰藉。
位於布根地公爵城堡城牆下的 Clos de la Chapelle 葡萄園，與教堂近在咫尺，成為 Volnay 村甚富歷史意義的地標。
Boillot 家族經營酒莊約 150年，最後一任莊主Louis Boillot 於2011年將酒莊易手，熱愛布根地的 Mark O'Connel與當地深具種植及釀酒經驗的夥伴 Philippe Remoissenet 與 Pierre Meurgey 接手酒莊於兩年內再度向外購入8個新的地塊，葡萄園總面積擴展為4公頃。
新團隊接手酒莊後立即全面實行有機及生物動力法耕作，手工採收篩選，釀造過程將人為干預減到最低。致力於追求純淨酒質，依照不同年份決定整串釀造的比例 (75~100%去梗)，謹慎使用木桶 (30%新桶) 僅進行一次換桶，不過濾、不澄清。
各酒款年產量在 900~1500 瓶之間，量少質優，獲得國際酒評家推薦。

Tasting note: There is a trace of reduction that is sufficiently subtle that a quick aeration should be sufficient to reveal the full breadth of the mostly dark pinot fruit and earth-scented nose. The mouth feel of the medium-bodied flavors is sleeker and slightly more mineral-driven but slightly less concentrated, all wrapped in a dusty, youthfully austere and slightly dry finish. I suspect that the dryness is due to the recent bottling rather than underripe tannins and my rating offers the benefit of the doubt.
