Domaine Clos de la Chapelle:
Domaine Clos de la Chapelle於1865年由Victor Boillot 創立，起源於風土良好的 Volnay獨占園 Clos de la Chapelle，擴展到 及 Pommard 老藤地塊。
位於此地的 Clos de la Chapelle 教堂1540年在 Notre Dame de Pitié 贊助下建造，1840年深受霍亂之苦的居民與葡萄種植者在教堂的庇護下祈禱獲得慰藉。
位於布根地公爵城堡城牆下的 Clos de la Chapelle 葡萄園，與教堂近在咫尺，成為 Volnay 村甚富歷史意義的地標。
Boillot 家族經營酒莊約 150年，最後一任莊主Louis Boillot 於2011年將酒莊易手，熱愛布根地的 Mark O'Connel與當地深具種植及釀酒經驗的夥伴 Philippe Remoissenet 與 Pierre Meurgey 接手酒莊於兩年內再度向外購入8個新的地塊，葡萄園總面積擴展為4公頃。
新團隊接手酒莊後立即全面實行有機及生物動力法耕作，手工採收篩選，釀造過程將人為干預減到最低。致力於追求純淨酒質，依照不同年份決定整串釀造的比例 (75~100%去梗)，謹慎使用木桶 (30%新桶) 僅進行一次換桶，不過濾、不澄清。
各酒款年產量在 900~1500 瓶之間，量少質優，獲得國際酒評家推薦。

Tasting note: Slightly more unobtrusive wood influence is present on the more elegant and spicier mix of both red and blue pinot fruit. The finer though not denser middle weight flavors that possess a sleek mouth feel where an underlying minerality helps to add lift on the bitter cherry-inflected finale where the oak reemerges.
