Domaine Dujac 杜佳酒廠
★ 布根地一流水準超級名莊「小DRC」- Dujac
創始莊主 Jacques Seysses 在 1968 年買下位於 Morey-St Denis 的 Dujac 酒廠，三十多年來葡萄園由 4.5 公頃擴充至今約有 15 公頃的葡萄園，當中 7 塊是頂級葡萄園、6 塊一級葡萄園。(2005年 Dujac 與 Etienne de Montille 共同買下 Thomas Moillard 酒廠的部分葡萄園，Dujac 添得 Chambertin、Romanee St
Viviant 以及 Vosne Romanee Les
Malconsorts 等三座名園)
Dujac 的酒和 DRC、Leroy、de Montille 等名莊同樣採整串含梗釀造。因梗吸走了些顏色，故通常色澤稍淡，香氣帶有神祕的肉桂、丁香的優雅芬芳，香氣充滿致命的吸引力。口感鬆軟多滋味，稠密複雜悠長，厚實單寧中又帶有溫柔細緻的個性，並有著極美的均衡感。優秀年份的 Dujac 與 DRC 的表現不相上下，價位更為可親，因此有「小DRC」的美譽，向來是布根地愛好者追逐的首選酒莊之一。
Dujac Pere et Fils (杜佳父子園) 則於 2000 年成立，由第二代的 Jeremy 擔任此新酒商公司的負責人。繼承 Domaine Dujac 一貫典雅執著的釀酒精神，在老莊主 Jacques
Seysses 的指導與協助下和當地最值得信賴的酒農簽約，採收和釀製和 Domaine 酒採取相同的標準。Domaine Dujac 酒以需高度技術的完全含梗方式釀造，父子園酒則不含梗，適合在年輕或搭餐時享用。往年父子園的酒大多會去梗，好年份時酒廠亦會保留些許葡萄梗，而新木桶的使用比例亦自當初的 50% 逐年降至 35%，更顯質地與個性，品質更接近 Domaine 酒。

Tasting note: This is also relatively restrained with its more deeply pitched and gorgeously complex mélange of liqueur-like dark currant, newly turned earth, game, sandalwood and violet aromas. There is excellent mid-palate concentration present on the muscular and powerful big-bodied flavors that possess impressive focus and persistence on the hugely long, robust and very firmly structured finale. This breathtakingly good effort will also require extended cellaring to resolve the prominent tannic spine.
