Domaine Hoffmann-Jayer 前身為Domain Jayer-Gilles，莊主Robert Jayer與布根地最偉大釀酒師Henri Jayer 是堂兄弟，皆師承DRC釀酒師André Noblet。莊主因為健康問題於2017年將Domaine Jayer-Gilles售予瑞士Hoffmann集團，故將酒莊與酒標更名為Domaine Hoffmann-Jayer，也就是說Domaine Jayer-Gilles於2017以後的年份酒款都是新標Domaine Hoffmann-Jayer。新團隊強調“偉大的酒款始於葡萄園”，注重永續經營，並減少人為干預，使所有酒款都能展現自己的風格，頂級酒款依然表現亮眼，而地域的紅白酒也對木桶的使用則更為謹慎，年輕時享用即果香活潑，清脆可口。 旗下Nuits-Saint-Georges Hauts Poirets 與一級園Damodes 兩酒款讓人真正感受到Jayer佳葉家族超高名氣的基石。酒莊極富盛名的Echézeaux du Dessus特級園是酒莊於60年代購自Domaine-de-la-Romanée Conti，品質極為優異。

Tasting note: Slightly more prominent wood sets off very ripe aromas of plum confit, spice, herbal tea, warm earth and a pretty array of floral nuances. There is outstanding richness and volume to the bigger and bolder flavors that conclude in a serious, firmly structured and rustic finish where noticeable warmth gradually emerges. This is excellent in a very ripe style and I was surprised at how well it carried the elevated alcohol.
